The m4 is the perfect gun to show off how impressive Modern Wrafare's gunsmith is. You can completely alter the guns statistics in every way and make so many different *viable* builds (at least in multilayer maybe not Warzone because the meta is so specific). I can't think of any Cold War weapon which can be so visually and statistically changed like the M4 can.

I mean the viability is questionable, most of the guns while customizable into hip firing machines or long-range beamers have no chance against current meta weapons regardless of customization. Currently, for example, the FFAR is disgusting to the point where it is even outdoing guns that are supposed to be specialized in the scenarios that it is winning in and it's not just Warzone, COD League suffers from the same problem where everyone uses the exact same setups because they're just better. Apart from that, the ballistics and range system is a joke. Snipers that drop off at 200m with no way to adjust, and ARs and SMGs that can laser at 300m. Melee hits kill equally as fast if not faster than headshots. Bullets come out of the gun damn near sideways unless you ADS. Shotgun pellets disappear after 5m and have severely uneven groupings. Snipers have glint regardless of the environment (inside a building several feet from a window and even at night), and Roze's gimp suit skin makes her almost invisible in most scenarios with no drawback. Things like the sound design (better in cold war) and movement system are awful with the game even rewarding you for slide cancelling by becoming harder to hit and increasing your speed (You move faster defying all physics.). Modern warfare is not an impressive game, but it's the best we've got, and the customization options hardly matter when the best thing you can do is pick a better base gun. I hope Arma 4 drops with a battle royale mode.

@@shollie probably because nick actually plays in lobby’s above bronze and has to use the meta in order to compete. But actually I haven’t seen nick use the Mac-10 since season 1. He mostly runs FFAR/Aug or Amax/Aug (unless he’s doing challenges)

Yep, this is a definite bot lobby, idk how Westie cud be proud of doing well this round when anyone barely shoots back at them and runs into their bullets... TBH i'm a bitt disappointed in these guys... Stodeh is not playing on his main account as u can see he has 2 D in this account name ( Stoddeh) I also verified this by checking Cod Tracker and its definitely 2 different accounts... Jackfrags had 2 s at the end of his name (jackfragss) but strangely when i searched via cod tracker it showed the same stats even tho there are 2 different names on cod tracker... Also Jack's profile is private on sbmm and i cant find the battlenet for the other guys to check these lobbies...At the beginning of this episode Westie said that this might be another Bronze 5 lobby so it means they are getting into these lobby more frequently... Something Scummy is going on here and im disappointed in these guys

Been using the M4A1 as of late and I love it. Personally prefer the Corvus over Grenadier, just cause I can manage the recoil better on that barrel. Will give this build a try tho!

agree with the "you can run it so many different ways," I've been running it with the tac lite barrel, monocle sight, 60 rnd mags and monolithic with the operator grip, its so damn good for close to mid range

I've just gone back to the M4a1 this week as trying to get the sniper scope reticles unlocked, so made a DMR style setup so its as followed Monolithic suppressor Corvus barrel (Less ADS penalty than grenadier option) Tac laser Sniper scope Commando foregrip (mostly to compensate for the horizontal penalty of the sniper scope) this is more for solos/duos/plunder/MP than trio/quads without the increase mag size. I'm pairing this with a CQB setup Grau Monolithic suppressor Drifter barrel 5MW laser No stock 50 round mag so far had a decent amount of success (for me any way), most importantly the reticles about half way along, be good to finish these before i move over to CW.

I love the spr it has faster rechamber speed even without the featherbolt and has just about the same ads time and bullet velocity all while having better movement which is huge. I used the m4 yesterday with the Lw3, same class except for the no stock, i ran the Microflex sight, and i didn't remember that it hitted like that, maybe my accuracy got better but what i found out is, its still viable, i won a few gunfights against FFAR+AUG, you just need to move smartand try to get the engagements at 15 m or more. Oh and use stuns cause at close quarters you can won a fight against mac/ffar if you make the target miss a couple shots

This exact blueprint has been my M4 load out for months. I use the MP7 Rippling that came with that Stem The Tide bundle as a secondary. Love the iron sights on that particular M4. Round and silver which makes it easy to locate enemies

Pre nerf no stock m4 was a beast. Now is still a pretty good sniper support gun but lacs the ttk conpared to the galil, ram 7, ffar or Fara 83

Westie, try out the 32 para rounds, many people skip them cause they see 32 rounds and reduced bullet velocity but with both monolithic and the granadier barrel, it's still over 1k m/s. Although the rounds are little, it is extremely lethal

All jokes aside the crossbow really isn’t that bad. Run it for fairy close range, stick thermite or explosive bolts on it, and you get a guaranteed down and finish for someone no matter where you hit them
