I love my mom. they're are some people where they'll sort of joke around about being beat with a belt but some parents actually do. my mom does but that's usually when I yell at her or I call her something rude. Okay for context: I'm autistic along with other issues (since mental health issues run like a wild fire in my family) So, I try and be as understanding as possible to her, but when I get over simulated and have a break down she'll slap the Hell out of me for something I HAVE NO POSSIBLE CONTROL OVER She told me it wasn't true when I came out about being raped. She is trying to make me into her and mocks me for liking girly things. She told me I don't have a eating disorder and then proceeded to tell a doctor I might be going through the first stages of bulimia. I tried overdosing on antidepressants and she proceeded to slap the shit out of me. She made my mental breakdown about not being enough about her. She actively uses my brother for things. She told me to just "deal with" A PTSD TRIGGER (the smell of alcohol on drunk guys) Bought her 15 year old daughter a swimsuit that shows ALMOST ALL of my clliavge while she knows I HATE exposing skin. Has told me to get over insecurities and joked about them, and when I made around 5 jokes in total about her hair (3 was calling her Marilyn Monroe because she was one of the most physically beautiful women in the world) she had a breakdown while she joked about mine for YEARS Told me that coming out as pansexual was "just phase" (which was, because it turns out I'm a lesbian), in which she said that straight people have it "worse", tried passive agressively getting me a boyfriend, and kept saying that I'm a teen and confused. Tried making me FORGIVE her boyfriend who CHOKED ME (and POSSIBLY gave me PTSD) making me feel bad for having ADHD. And some other shit. But no, it's all my fucking fault, clearly. Because the girl who stays in her mom and is scared to ask for things at the store is at fault, clearly I SHOULDN'T have given her her past, because CLEARLY her past is why she treats me so badly, because it's the ONLY right way to treat a child, is to make them pay for what happened to her. So it's MY fault for being her child and having ADHD and autism. (ADHD is cleared by my therapist, and she said it'd be a miracle if I DIDN'T have PTSD, I can look for my medicine if you need further proof.)
