Her anger has made her unable to see the good in present William, just the bad that was in past William after his family had died. The only way that she can see past this anger is by feeling the pain that William has to go through, and realising that both her Husband, who had done so much for her in the past, and her Kids, have to suffer, because of her. So I don't hate her, but neither will I like her the way I did until she suffers from the springlocks the way that Henry did, and realising her mistakes.

Personal opinion: I don't think Clara should be springlocked. That experience isn't too personal enough for her. For Henry it makes sense, he made those things and got careless as to how painful they truly are. Clara should experience the punishment that befits her which would be encountering someone she has hurt in the past when she was killing people as Ballora. That shows the damages of the cycle of revenge. It's never gonna stop unless you start first. William suffering can only give you temporary satisfaction. Whether he deserves it (which I wont deny he kinda does) or not. I mean for petesake, William can't even die anyway so your just exhausting yourself and your kids emotionally. It's okay to admit she's still mad at him. But if you're gonna be blind and heartless about it then I guess so will the people you've hurt.
