Her pride was hurt. She prioritized debating with Fraser on how to make a margarita instead of making the margarita?? She was clearly frustrated with herself for serving the drinks late and unfortunately took her frustration out on Fraser, even though he was only doing his job.

I don't understand what the big deal about the OJ was, like if that's how she makes her margarita then why not let her?? the guest ASKED for her special Barbie margarita & that's how she makes 'em so just let her do what the guest asked for...I fail to see what all the drama was about, just make the drink that was asked for, lol I'd have to assume if she had've listened to Fraser and just made a normal margarita the guest might've asked what makes it a Special Barbie 'rita cause it just tastes like a normal one...then they would've been told that yea it is just a normal one to which you might get "that's not what I asked for"
