Honestly in terms of ultras I always felt like hit was the most fair, the gimmick is honest, only draws the green once on entry. If they give him one of those plats I’d like it to maybe draw the green if the bar fills while on field once, and fill the bar a bit when the enemy cover changes, just so he can stack his passives a little more and provide a choice for the opponent. No sense in powering up time skip itself its already a really powerful mechanic

It's cause when they were doing his campaign it was the hit during the Champa vs beerus universe battle so he was introduced first before jiren. By the way guys have you seen legends posted on Twitter that person wrapped his hand, with a piece of clothing like what boxers do and that tip toe jumping. With the sort of silver blue aura and the "AKUMA" pose in the last part of the video if I'm not mistaken, that's "Megate no Gokui" except wrapping the hand with a piece of cloth that could be hint for the ultra.
