1:05 If im not missing something i don't thinks that's correct, the first skill does more damage actually but i guess both have almost same speed for lv.1 clearing so it doesn't matter(there is like 20 basepoint and some magic power stat diff qnd also there is animation frames blah blah).

​@Zex_ML actually, as an ex-Julian main, the second skill really DID more base damage than the first skill at level one, but after the adjustment on him, the skill 2's damage was slightly lowered It's only a small difference tho so incase the enemies have a chance of invading based on the lineup, or you're playing 5 man, it's better to get skill 2 first for the dash so u can escape if they get a little bit too sour
