It really is about growth. When I had to walk away, it hurt so much, but the new learnings and understanding of myself was a value that I wouldn't have had if this trauma had not happened. I'm a different person now and know my worth and definitely my boundaries. I don't ever want to go through that kind of healing again--but I won't need to. I will make sure of that.

Yes it all resonated with me. The past 5 years I went through so much and healed from and I’ve grown and learned so so much. I’ve grown as a person. In many many ways, tests and towers and lesson upon lesson. It does make sense. It’s about me and all I’ve really grown. It isn’t about them you are right. Im not even the same person lol but Im thank full for all of it. I didn’t fight for my ex husband he wanted to go and I let him go. I just gave him the divorce. He was a dark narc and he tried to end me and God showed me what I didn’t see and taught me and guided me to learn about narcs and survive it all while taking care of my bedridden mom in my home, 10 acres and animals, all alone in my 60’s yah I really had a lot while grieving. I was in such a mental emotional abuse state it almost killed me. Praise God and thank him everyday for helping me through the storm. But it’s true there is joy after the storm!!
