The simple answer is it's about the rights. But I'll break it down, I think it's about 1. Educating the public about the first amendment and its applications. 2. Capturing real unscripted interactions with people good or bad. Some are funny so we can laugh. 3. Testing the police and other government workers to see if they follow the law 4. Editing the footage in a way that I think is entertaining and informative which means my videos are protected speech. 5. Raising more awareness and sparking more discussion online by publishing them. Getting views and likes is nice too because it means people are enjoying my work.

Second, every person you video recorded can sue you for posting their likenesses on a for profit site without their written permission, it is called VIOLATION OF PUBLICITY RIGHTS. You being a person who says you are for peoples rights should have told them their right to sue you in civil court, for all the money you made on this video, for damages and violation of their privacy. You have every right to video them, but absolutely no right to make money off them. The people you video have the right to control the commercial use of their name, images, likeness of any other identity aspects. You are also in violation of KZbin's terms of service, you can not post an image of anybody without their written permission, and since KZbin is a PRIVATE BUSINESS, your employer basically since they pay you for your nonsense, they have COMPLETE control over what you can and can not post. If any of these non government citizens report the privacy violation to KZbin, this video is GONE WITHIN MINUTES. And you get a strike. 3 strikes and you are gone. People you video need to know this. We tell everybody that has been harassed by one of you CLOWNS their rights, and you tube has been very good at removing THEM. We will be calling this cafe Monday to inform them of their rights and how to notify KZbin of your violation. Also how to file a civil suit against you. You can not video in a post office, you can not video any customers or employees, or any addressed mail, you can not video security cameras either. Postal workers are not considered federal employees. Poster 7 clearly states "All persons in an on property shall comply with official signs or a prohibitively or directory nature and with directions of security or any other authorized individuals.
