I’m permanently disabled and need to use those parking spots when I go out and about. It really ticks me off when people, who are being lazy or entitled, use the handicapped parking spaces just because they believe that they will get away with it and it’s no big deal. I carry “snarky” toned business card sized notes to put under those peoples wiper blades telling them just what I thought of their ideas in parking!…..

I heard another example of determining a person's "degradation" ...Do they return the shopping cart to the area for collection, or just leave it in their parking space. I like it even more than the handicapped parking example because some people only park properly because they fear being towed or fined, but there is NO penalty for not returning the cart. Only lazy assholes could push a cart around a store for an hour shopping then be unable to push it a few more meters. Cheers guys, great work!!!!

Just yesterday I entered a parking lot. Furthest AWAY from the entrance, about 150 meters, there were three free parking spots. Naturally I assumed those were regular spots. The very moment I made the turn into the left of those spots I saw the disabled parking sign. Quite frankly speaking I was taken aback. In all other parking spaces, the ones for disabled people are the ones CLOSEST to the entrance. I then found a parking spot about 30m from the entrance. Germany can be a weird world....

I’m disabled, I have a disabled sticker. But not as bad off as some. I look for other parking before using a disabled spot. I get onto people abusing them all the time. No sense in calling the police. They take their time getting their and they just really don’t care.

I have anxiety and phobias, by law I am allowed to take such parking spots. But I don't take them because if I have a break down, what does it help me that my car is close to the entrance? Someone else could need it more. I wish those people would not be that ignorant

I'm not from Russia, and I have official documents. So if I would park there I would be legal to do so. :) So they wouldn't hand me a sticker I belive I just say, if I don't do because I don't think its necessary (but still would be allowed to do), what egoists those people in the video must be that they park in the spots. It's just so rude and morally wrong.

I write disability parking tickets in America. The taxi driver you were talking to that is missing one leg is still parking illegally if he was picking someone up. The laws here state that the person with the disability needs to exit and enter the vehicle in order to park legally. The spot is designed so that the person doesn't have to walk very far not make it convenient for passengers.

I have to be honest, there will never ever be so many handicap people with cars at the same time. Normally it is 4-6 parking spots for handicap. It makes no sense to have 100 handicap parking spots and that is why people just park there.

Googled Salar’evo Metro station in Moscow. This mall is north of the metro station. From the satellite view, most of the disabled lots are empty despite the carpark being nearly full. It is good to know that such occurrences are not the norm. By the way, the burgers at Мясо-Roob looks really fantastic. PS I am from Asia and have never been to Russia my whole life
