I actually think Steven was genuinely embarrassed by the way he came across. He was quite quiet during the interview now, he did have some good ideas and he was right on occasion but my giddy aunt was he a piece of work. If he had shown more of the side he presented here today...he probably would've been well-liked and supported.

I agree. I think he went piling in thinking you had to be confrontational and aggressive in the process - the mistake many candidates make. He piled in with loads of bluster, but man he was entertaining, in the same way as Stuart Baggs.

Lol Stuart Baggs, the brand. I actually saw him on Come Dine With Me the other day, much more matured. They both had some good ideas...pity they came across the way they did but I'm sure they'll be successful. This season has some really colourful characters though in comparison to some of the others.

Dude, I'm pretty sure Stephen has a great career ahead of him as a TV presenter or comedian. He's fantastic, great energy - but I think he went in with a wrong, too-aggressive attitude in the process, and he wouldn't be the first (or last) candidate to make that mistake. He rubbed people up the wrong way, but I think as a performer he'd be fantastic.

TotalWarParadoxFanboy Most of the applicants are there for entertainment purposes. Lets say a fifth of them are picked for their business plans,the projects themselves being seen as something where you could at least make your money back. 250 000 is not a lot of money to start a business these days and if you listen to most of their ideas its plain unrealistic. The rest of them (Like Steven and Sara) were picked based on their personalities(something that commonly happens in competition based reality shows) not on bases of their resume or business plan. That's why you have people who are swimming teachers,social workers,petty delboy-esque salesmen and university graduates that never worked a day in their life.They are fodder for the process that I imagine does not have that many applicants in reality. Take for example Steven's idea of a care taking home. Do you really think 250 000 would ever cover the price of the Facility itself Cost of implementing today's rigorous safety standards in these kind of institutions Pay the employees until the business breaks even and of course pay for the much needed advertising starting businesses need. For 250 000 to cover all of this is not probable

Sam Sitar Not when you sell 50% of your company for it.So if you cannot present a functional model of your business with that amount of money its an unrealistic goal. Lord Sugar is not going to let you get additional investments that he cannot control(example being last season when someone later in the process revealed that he already had a invested business partner...might have been 2 seasons ago.). Plus I think Lord Sugar probably contractually obligates you to be unable to sell your own part of the company for at least a reasonable time period to avoid you ditching a dead company with him by selling it to people who want to be associated with a lucrative name. Have no basis for this except an intelligent guess.

I would vote hired for Stephen. It would be very funny seeing him as project manager and I don't think he's as bad as people make out. I can't think of anything bad he has actually done. Even the pitch he wasn't to blame because he was basically pitching shite and don't think ANY of the candidates would have done any better, not even a Jedi Jim

Robert was even worse. At least Steven actually tries. Robert literally ducked PM and then did nothing for the entire task. I think he should've gone with or instead of Chiles on the first task.

But as a business partner, he would've been better than most in the process. More than two people deserved to come back in the boardroom. How did Steven get scapegoated and not Scott? Scott should've been back in as well. Triple firing: Chiles, Robert and Felipe.
