I swear the mini meals thing never works for me. When I eat big meals I'm satisfied for hours and I like that.

Same!

I agree. I have two big meals daily with an emphasis on protein, non-starchy veggie, nuts, seeds and health fats. I avoid processed foods and added sugars.

Nice! I choose to include added sugars and highly processed foods in my diet…just wouldn’t be the same without ice cream or chocolate.😋

@@IvanaChapman same here. I love working my treats in. When I learned to do that, I stopped going crazy on Saturday like I'd been doing 4 a year straight 😆, now everyday is a great day lol (cuz I can eat what I actually want to eat everyday)

Love to hear that! ❤️ Very much the same for me…except it was more than 4 years. 😂

Yes, I am weighing everything, 6'1" 49 yo. Eating 15-1600 calories a day, runner. Plateaued after losing 20 lbs. Weight not budging. Any suggestions? Cuz I'm DONE

Im a 20yo female, 5 feet 3 inches tall. I started at 125, and im currently 120, but im trying to get to 115 so i can be leaner. Whats worked for me is 1200 calories a day, 6 mini meals of 200 calories.

I always use to hear this "eat smaller more frequently" I take my hat off to anyone that can actually eat 5 MINI meals a day without going over, just doesn't work for me. It seems like the less meals I have a day (bigger meals) the better I can control myself lol. Thanks for this video.

That’s totally been my experience as well (with both myself and my clients)! More meals ends up being more calories. Lol. Glad you liked the video. 😊

Thanks for clarifying - do you think going into fast-induced 'autophagy' is useful or do you just think the best way forward is to be in a calorie deficit?
@Pink-mandarina Жыл бұрын
How important for me these information. I am in calories deficit and I am losing weight significantly. I made keto And frankly speaking all this fat was too,much for me ) I lost only 5 kgs in 12 weeks with keto I really prefer to track my calories

Ivana Thank You for your videos, but how do I know how much is enough? I've been weighing 230 for 3 yrs. and haven't been able to find a way to reduce my weight, Would eating child's portions good?
