19:17 ...we can't grab a hold of new blessings, if our hands are full, holding onto old baggage. If you want to move forward, if you want to make progress. You have to let go of old energy. when you outgrow certain ideas or principles you have to docard the old yo make room for new. Think about it this way, imagine you're on monkey bars and you're hanging on to the first one .. if you dont let go of the one you're hanging onto you'll just hang there until you run out of energy and then you'll let go but have to start all over again but if you use the one your hanging on and reach out to the next and then once you grab the next you have yo fully let go of the first so you can move forward. And life is like that we move from one rung to the next but we don't fully let go of the last until we are secure in the next. And for alot of us it feels like we just keep running out of strength but if we really look each time we actually get stronger until we can do all the monkey bars. The thing is the longer we hold on to the old bar we lose strength. But if we move fearless and just reach out and grab that new bar and let go of the last without much thought we find it far easier and less draining to traverse those bars. And yeah sometimes we fall sometimes our grip.on the next isn't so secure and we gotta start all over but we learn from those slips ... I hope this makes sense.. Anyway I love you with my whole self.
