Thank you. Very much currently on this journey. And some of us are slow learners 😉 so we have to go thru repeated painful lessons. I tend to forgive others over and over and give them second , third and 100 chances to be better , do better only to get abused over and over. I have such a hard time walking away from my abusive family, siblings , but I have finally done this at 61 years old. And now in the grieving process of the loss of my entire family, as my mother just passed away and now there is no reason to go back home. So I have multiple losses at once. The grief is deep. But I know it is altering who I am and who I will become as I step out on this phase of my journey. Have spent my whole life being there for others expectations, that is now who I use to be.

Honestly this time around, I've never been more lonely and without friends then ever before honestly it is quite surprising that I have like friends but they wont even try to contact me anymore is kinda of weird. Its like odd they were there now they are gone, honestly there was a girl too, that I talk to and she is gone too. Still she inspired me to be who I am now, she allow me to return to my roots, she was a blessing in my life and I loved her for that, she does not even realize but I rather let go and continue enjoying life, healing, feeling my pain, giving closure to myself and be happy and move forward to find the others. Slowly but surely living through my heart and leading by example.

I am feeling so irritable, I want to throw out every item of clothes, belongings, art supplies which are all scattered and disorganized. I know is simply a phase, so I will remind myself to stay balanced. @@edixasanchezpacheco3692 Thank you, I attend an intermediate yoga/pilates class three times weekly, practice Qi gong daily, meditate as best as possible, and am a Reiki Practitioner since 2004. I had my first awakening at that time, this is round two. Have survived copd/emphazema alcoholism, mental illness, and chronic pain. But I'm a little stuck right now about WORDS. I really want to not ever have to use them. Seriously. Love you all, but I'm struggling for a minute here. It is ok. Isn't the idea that the overcoming is more important than the becoming?
