we can honor how we feel AND understand that it does not truly reflect reality - eg. we can feel terrified and there is literally nothing in our environment that actually poses a threat to our wellbeing. These conflictions are as you say a distortion, the lense of fear propelled by trauma.

When I saw the panther card... I just knew this message was for me... Yesterday I had this urge to journal Idk why but I wanted to... I sat and wrote that I want to write something idk what and then this thought comes up that I feel kinda scared that my manifestations will come through which would mean my ego and that fearful part in me will be proven wrong and that's honestly terrifying but then I brainwashed it to not necessarily my ego's gonna be proud that despite all the trauma and negativity I've been through I still believed in true healing and love and miracles so yeah she might be wrong but she's proud...

So this is why my fear is suddenly all consuming! I can get one sad card out of a ten card tarot reading and let it ruin my whole day. Now it makes sense. I have to choose differently and permanently to take that last step. Sadly, My ego is profound. Thanks for the release exercise and btw, the next time you say the Animal Apothecary will change your life, don’t cancel it out right after. It does and it did! Love you!
