Loved loved loved this episode. Coronation Beach had the same effect on us when we did our Lap two years ago. We factored in two or three days....we ended up staying eleven. This was obviously before the new $30/night prices 😮 You don't realise how much happiness you bring to everyone. I've been away and as soon as I got home today it was designated Elnick time as we cast KZbin onto the big screen. We were playing "been there, know exactly where that is" the whole episode. 😅

Hi guys glad to see you finally tasted red crays and Elenya my wife totally agrees with you regarding Sandford house, we both just love the old stuff and the view is a real bonus, we are actually in the process of building a 100 year old farmhouse. oh those crays looked delicious..dip in a little bit of vinegar is all it needs. you can dip cup cakes in jelly and coconut ,or we used to use ice cream topping with a tiny bit of water...and yeah NIck ,i love jam and cream ones too. safe travels.

Home made lamingtons are the absolute best!!!!! If you want really spongy soft cake you'd probably need a commercial cake mix, or maybe a sponge recipe. I prefer the real homemade cake style. So messy to make though😮

I also prefer simply boiled with fresh bread, slat and pepper and a bit of cos lettuce. The other way I like is as creamy garlic chilli topper with a Juicy Rib Eye surfnturf

you were so close with the lamingtons; the old girls i saw making them as a kid would just make a massive sponge cake then trim all the outer edges off using just the fluffy center before cutting into perfect size squares before coating in choc n coconut.

Coronation Beach is a great spot, especially sitting on top of the lookout, watching the sunset over the ocean with a drink and good friends. Just don't leave your thongs out at night as mine went missing and one of another campers the same night.

@ at a quick glance females tails fan out wider than a males and females have clipper claws on their back legs (last set of legs) and males don’t. But the tail fan is a dead giveaway so no excuse really!.. Put them back🦞👍🏽
