Hello, Ms. Ericka. I have learned so much from, Mr. WoodHouse's, Excellent and, So Patient instructions. Thank You, so much for posting. I have a broken ankle, that still hurts sometimes, so do U mind, re-posting these instructions, and put all the extra instructions, and steps, back in, Mr. WoodHouse, is saying/doing, once he started teaching the difficult tapping, turning, and lifting, which were edited out.
