I killed it 20 wins in a row and won 23 out of 25 matches. I was running Shadow Drifblim, Swalot and Clodsaire. It's such a safe and fairly strong team. Tbh my Swalot with Mud Shot/Ice Beam and Sludge bomb was wreaking havoc especially on clodsire, galarian weezing and mandibuzz.

@brianwenzel912 no there's no need with Clodsire on the team. Swalot wins the no shields and 2 shield matchups against all listed mons and more

@brianwenzel912 yes its my SS. Lead with Shadow Drifblim, im lucky enough to have #23GL IV; SS Swalot and Close with Clodsire. They're all capable of closers and Clodsires a great SS in itself as it's fairly bulky in the right match-ups

I like fairy. The fact that they resist dragon and fighting gives them a lot of flexibility, and most of my favorite fairy types can have decent coverage.

I like the dragons in game, though I am hoping they add in Hisuian Zorua as a wild spawn like the regular zorua or maybe as a 1 star raid. Its unique typing of Normal/Ghost makes it resistant to all its weaknesses except dark type moves, maybe even make it an easy egg hatch as well within 2, 5, and 10km eggs

I was going to suggest, could you do a team(s) based on a theme surrounding the color gradient of the quick/charge moves (e.g like how fighting=red, water (or dragon) = blue, yellow =electric) The best thing I could cook up for a rainbow/electromagnetic spectrum team (albeit in reverse order): -G.Slowking Lead: (Violet, Purple, Indigo): @Confusion, Shadow Ball, Sludge Wave (I know it’s a VERY bad moveset lol). -Goodra Pivot: (Blue, Cyan, Green) @Dragon Breath, Aqua Tail, Power Whip (closest thing to an actual Pokemon lol). -Mew Closer: (Yellow, Orange, Red) @Volt Switch, Overheat/Flame Charge, Focus Blast. I’m sure there is a possible team in reverse order as well: -Magmortar lead: (Red,Orange,Yellow) @Karate Chop, Fire Punch, T-bolt (Lucario also works). -Barbaracle Pivot (Lime, Green, Cyan): @Fury Cutter, Grass Knot, Razor Shell (I wish it had liquidation, but… no lol. Alternatively, if Cyan closest matches Ice instead of Water, you could do Mantine/Lombre: (Green,Cyan,Blue) Gengar closer: (Indigo, Violet, and Pink, optional color): @Shadow Claw, Sludge Bomb, Psychic/Shadow Punch

QOTD: Electric. Options are limited unfortunately, but many have access to hard hitting moves and are attack weighted. As a result, it’s fun to boom shit, especially in UL, where there are fewer ground and grass pokemon to thwart your progress (plus more water and flying type pokemon I feel are present as well)
