Self-love is best love, but it doesn't change the fact that you should maximize all the things in your life that are changeable, such as: Appearance, Body, Personality, Mental Health and etc. If someone is rejecting or bullying you for something you can't change(height and etc.), then cut em off immediately even if they are your friends for years. You working on maximizing your Appearance, Body and etc. Factors doesn't mean that you need to be insecure while progressing in that aspect of life(aka YOU). Secure your KING SPOT in life instead of being Insecure. Confidence is key to success but, progress also creates confidence. Make confidence your goal and success will come. Before bed you have to put on antiperspirant, it blocks the sweat glands a little more. I personally hate colone. It's okay to wear colone, dont just spray it all over you but specific spots. Look up how to put colone on correctly. Also dknt wear colone if you didnt take a shower and you stink. Im currently on day 21 and the most effective method i have come across is simply analysing my urges in the moment and having a conversation in my head basically telling myself the consequences of a relapse.
