An important thing in this matchup, pillar does 0 damage, it cancels Garen's passive. Correct me if I am wrong.

I believe the pillar does exactly one damage canceling the passive.

@@TheSwartezz from what I've checked, it deals a 0 damage proc to incur effects from items and tower aggro. the 1 apparently got removed at some point, otherwise you could test it easily on briar since she doesn't regen hp.
