Thepsycoticnuke I like the vanilla for pre prep, also it triggers the Gaia effects when you use the og ritual. Third reason you don't have to add levels exactly to 8 so you can use a mini bls and a Gaia if you need to. It helps a lot with consistency in my opinion

an interesting combo I just thought of, activate trap (yes I know it's slow), select the 3 mini envoys, all get sent to the grave and during the end phase envoy of chaos effect activates returning to the hand by banishing the 2 envoys for a +2 advantage on your next turn.

normal bls ritual monster is still good cause you can use pre prep in your bls deck then. well and with the normal bls ritual spell you dont need exact lvls which can be pretty relevant depending on the exact build. just wanted to point these things out

idk 32 you can also use transmodify on charging Gaia to summon sacred soldier from your deck. just another option to use sacred soldier.

While that is true, it's not really the best option. If Transmodify's cost was to Tribute to use it then that would be good since you can summon Sacred Soldier and get a search off of Charging Gaia. Unfortunately though that isn't the case.

I will say being a bls main Decker I do enjoy having both super soldier and the original in my deck as sometimes I can literally junk one for the other using super soldier ritual and then pop super soldier origin of allowing me to get the other from the grave giving it effects and so even if it’s hit by say solem strike (or judgement)I’m pretty garanteed a bls monster (most times)
