Sure but Tennessse sucks like nothing to do outside of Nashville and as you get older you want to have access to good health care which is not out there and it’s a long drive plus no coast also like 12 hours away from him

I still think Larry should rent out the house to Tom assuming both of them can do that but if that's not possible Tom should get his own place after Larry moves
