She's fucked up her face with plastic surgery. Just look at her Enola Holmes interviews 2 years ago, she had different lips, a different philtrum and a different chin. It's sad she looks like an insta "model" now (which really is a porny look). She got her lips done (lip lift + injections in the upper lip that's why her cupid's bow and philtrum are different). She got a chin implant to make her face V-shaped and that's why her jaw is bigger, they probably injected filler ot soften the contours of the implant, or she is just still swollen from her surgery.
