Thank you for this gentle yet firm message. Our landlady, who I once viewed as a friend, has just given us an eviction notice because she says she needs to move into the house herself. I'm mostly seeing it as an opportunity to move on, we're definitely ready to, but to consider she may have been aware she'd need to do this for months before giving is the notice (which is 2 months) is definitely bringing up some feelings of betrayal.
