I had that for about 5 days. Todays the first day I feel normal. Usual headaches are, if I was to graph it, spike like- very sharp and kinda intense. I felt this way for a long time too. My environment still has this effect, to a much lesser extent though. I made the decision that I would change the way I felt, acted, and interacted with it. That I would no longer engage in lower vibrational exchanges. I communicated it clearly, and upheld my boundaries. It was a slow progress, but overtime my family accepted and started to respect my new way of being. Then they also started to change.
