You can hit the back flow switch and turn off the chaser runner dynamics. DO NOT CHASE THEIR APPROVAL/LOVE you already deserve it. If they are withholding it it's so that you will keep seeking it. It is an actual manipulation tactic

i don't understand your point, if i give ip my carrer, i can no longrr rent an apartment and leave my father who is extremly vampire energy, without even needing to talk with him, just by living by his sides he DRAINS you, but in my career , people around doesnt respect me also and its draining too so maybe i might change, return to the my first choice who was hars but very fillfiling in term of receiving and then move out, thats scary, becaise i don't even know if i would found a good work place again, but..

I’m a trauma psychologist….this is me 🥹 I’ve already walked away from everyone and everything except my son. He’s 10 and has PTSD and every day is painful.
