@Drae L when listening to the entire ensemble you can hear extreme balance and blend. This sounds like a well musically trained college band not a high school band. If I were judging bands that crank vs this performance hands down this performance would take top billing.

A 3rd of the section never played trumpet EVER until now. I think they are coming along nicely. Just not as fast as everyone would like. Next year the section will have a more mature sound. Add in about 8 to 10 screamers and the conversation will be totally different. I am a dizziac alum and I love my section. No horn holders here. Everybody is playing his or her part. BEHOLD!
