DO NOT BUY IT, just today my scuff completely has broken. I wish I had someone tell me before I spent 200 dollars on a shit controller. Not only will the paddles stop working, but stick drift and charging port problems stop functioning as well. And what do you do? You send it back to scuff to pay them another 50-70 dollars to fix it and wait another 2-3 months to get it back. I do not recommend scuf but I do recommend ps4 back button attachment

You pay $200 on a controller and all that happens is they are good for the first couple of weeks, then a problem appears, you fix it. Then another follows, then you have to send it to scuff because everything you’re trying is failing, only for it to come back 2 months later and the better charge fried ( all true story) then send it back to scuff and they send you an email saying theyre sorry they couldn’t fix it, but if you use thier code you can get 6% off another controller. Then you’re all back to square one. Your welcome

Anyone know how many processes the sticks are good for? I do like what the scuf controller brings to ps4 but I would much rather use the new series 2 Xbox elite controller cause those are able to easily customize thumb stick tension to 360 controller tension, your able to completely change the button layout to your liking and have 4 differed layouts saved to the controller, your also able to easily control the hair trigger and the paddles are a lot more customizable and overall has a much much cleaner finish

Nick Walters I am not totally sure if they are “officially” licensed but as far as I can tell, these are simply modified original PS4 controllers that were taken apart and parts were upgraded and changed. I don’t believe there will be any compatibility issues.

I had a razor tournament controller for Xbox and stick drift happened in the first month and go so bad I couldn’t use it anymore. It was manageable at first but then got annoying. It was probably my fault because I tried like hell to put kontrol freaks on and they barely fit, so it meant I broke them by constantly pushing on them to put them on. No where close to as good as mine, compared to what I build 139.99 of me you'll get digital mouse click triggers with paddles interchangeable thumbsticks that are better since you don't have to remove the whole thumbstick but only the dome. Scuf could offer more as well as test every unit, on software & in game over 75 controller's sold and no issues apart from one customer's thumbstick base needed replacing but no issues. From my other 74 customers. Even if I have its been simple things like screws because I offer that life time warranty like Aim controller's.

If you are looking for a custom controller I would personally recommend battle beaver customs . If you are wondering what makes my opinion valid well I own two scuffs and one battle beaver in the span of 1 year I went through 2 scuffs and in 2 years to this current day I still use my battle beaver. By that I can say for sure in terms of durability that battle beaver is the way to go. Also on battle beavers there is no one There is no one size fits all and instead there are customisable placements for your back buttons. This means that you can please buttons almost anywhere on your controller to fit the most comfortable position for your fingers. Further more Battle beaver customs provide much much more higher quality controllers than scuff and overall are much much more cheaper than scuff gaming.
