Feels very weird to see her using the Monster Hunter knocked down animation without being thrown into the air and do somersaults of your ragdoll.

In Monster Hunter, there’s some dodgeball mechanics that you can do when you’re in a bad state and know you’re going to get hurt for a lot of incoming damage, specifically Superman dives and getting hit with a strong knockback attack. When you do either of the actions, the ENTIRE animation grants you Damage Immunity, at the cost of being unable to control your character for a brief moment. The later action however usually involves with your character getting stunned from a knock back attack. These are known to be VERY BROKEN because you don’t have to finish the animation of getting up, meaning as long as you’re laying down, you are Completely Invincible. You can get hit by an attack, just lay on the ground, wait for the One Shot AoE PK attack to pass by, and then get up. The stun animation however is in tribute to the Superman dive dodge visuals, while Yato peeking her head up to see if it’s safe is in tribute to the knockback attacks.

Saved up a crap-ton of Yellow Tickets over the past months, purchased the Yellow Ticket combo in the store to get the 3x10 and 18x1 draw packs in August (roughly 270 yellow tickets), then purchased again this month, expended all the draws and pulled Yato at 110 including the free 10-pull for the event. Also got 4x Noir Carne and a Thorns, the latter I've been missing and kinda wanting but saving for limited events. All in all, a decent gacha for a day. Now I have to build her up, my LMD budget will be crying in pain before the night is up.

For the Palico base skill efficiency numbers, it looks like you think their presence in the Factory or Trading Post works for Noir Corne's command center skill, but Gamepress says that his skill only counts the Monster Hunter characters in the command center, not the base at large. So their Factory efficiency is -2% less (with or without Vermeil to make them stronger), and their Trading Post efficiency is -3% less. So while the Palicos are less useful to Vermeil than Pallas, Scene, or Ceobe, in the Trading Post they're at least as good as (or even better than) Archetto or Vigil.

​@@nacl4988 In general content, I honestly find TexAlt easier to use. Her AoE s3 is a WORLD easier to use than the straight conga line needed for YAlter to maximize her s3 usage. The s2's on both are not that bad (and by that, I mean busted, like always), with YAlter having true AoE (tile based, not enemy or block-count based) and having the skill end much sooner so you can retreat her sooner once it ends. TexAlt's s2 is a lot better for sustained, very high damage w/ res redux. IMHO, TexAlt is superior for her utility. Her s3's stun on IS3 really helps knock down the hovering enemies, and having stun in general, even if, for some reason, you dont do a lot of damage, can still be invaluable. Im not saying YAlter is bad, by any means. She is still hilariously broken and very much capable of, in some cases, even more dps than TexAlt because her skills end so fast (except s1, but thats another story) that you can teleport her around instead of waiting around for TexAlt's skills to finish their cooldown. TL;DR TexAlt for utility/support, overall easier use, better synergies, better sustained dps, better crowd control. Good for high def and low-med res, but s2 res redux can help w/ even high res bosses YAlter for ooga-booga burst dps and "*teleports behind you*" memes. i saw that arknights was doing this colab with monster hunter and nikke was doing nier so i jumped into both trying to pull the colab characters. arknights i had to reset 25 times but i ended up pulling kirin yato and noir in the same pack with the free ticket. was mainly looking for kirin but getting both was a welcome surprise. got 2b and a2 super quick in nikke as well. reset 3 times to get 2b in my free 10 pull and then got a2 in 2 10 pulls while going for her banner. i actually got 2b back to back because i just wanted to use up the extra currency on the account before reset and pulled her then i pulled her from the first free 10 pull immediately on reset. super happy with the results now i gotta do some research on both these gachas to see where to go from here lol
