I can totally relate. The first time I was called Grandad fired so many emotions in a nanosecond. The shock lasted about 5 seconds before I just picked up our granddaughter and gave her a big hug. Truly a life changing moment in my life.

Brian will have to play videos from past to show his grandchildren, must be so proud of them as I am of my 4 grandsons, who are scattered all over UK. Will always treasure seeing Brian here in Sheffield Another World tour 1998. Dedicated & devoted Queen fan since 1992. Please try and come to Sheffield next year, as it wld be a rocking good night

Brian Mays legendary, me and my son had the honour of meeting and speaking with Brian after a Queen show in 2018. He answered all our questions, signed some stuff and gave my son a guitar pick(old coin). 🤘❤️🤘

My Grandson took up the drums a couple years ago. Down the cellar we go to dig up my old 'Tele' and 'Bassman.' Maybe find a few chords... Well, Gramma unearthed some old video of your's truly playing THAT guitar and singing 'Brown Sugar' in this "band" he never knew about. The kid looks at me, now, in a different light.

24 when I had my son (I was married but had a very cathartic dream when I had been a mom for 1wk) I was following someone dressed in white thru a tunnel and then came to a very pristine courtyard. The image started to flout up to heaven. I started flouting too and said "Wait what is my reason for living?" He turned around and was my newborn son. 2wks later my husband left. But I knew i was ok.

Not yet anyway. The worst feeling is when people ghost you because you're old. They act like you're not there, like they don't see you. Except in this case, underneath that stunning 1 of a kind guitar ARE hunks of wood. We have part of an old fireplace mantle, part of a table, and of course my long time fav, one of his Mom knitting needles!!!
