my coffee experience has evolved since watching you and other coffee videos. i’ve learned grind size does matter and water temperature matters too! i thought just the right grind size was life changing but then i got the water to the right temp for french press and that even leveled up my coffee!

This looks amazing but I’m a filter coffee guy and don’t have an espresso machine… what kind of ratio would you recommend for something like the Aeropress to substitute for the double shot?
