Liechtenstein taking in consideration foundation trust perspective and Monaco private banking
@GlobalBankscom4 ай бұрын
Are you specifically referring to Liechtenstein foundations or international/offshore trusts/foundations banking in Liechtenstein? And for Monaco would you be looking at it as a resident (or prospective resident) of Monaco? Or would you be looking at private banking in Monaco as a non-resident?

Norway. It is a financially strong country. Could probably be used as one of say 5-6 diversification locations for banking. Also your videos are very good. Quality info. No waffle.

Chris, with appreciation for your ultra lucid, and laser communication on this video. Look forward to exploring further; I am a U.S. Citizen who may be granted Hungarian Citizenship in the next year or so, based on my father having been born in Hungary. I would like to understand any potential banking options that would be open to me as a “Dual Citizen”, or perhaps as an individual choosing only Hungarian Citizenship. Thanks again for your keen insights and specialized service! ~Alex

Do you provide services for mortgages for non resident too? Also, are there banks to borrow money at good interest, like 20 years for buying an apartment in other country that is NOT from the bank is? Thanks!
@GlobalBankscom4 ай бұрын
It depends on the country... in certain places you can get mortgages from banks domiciled in other (offshore) markets... but when it comes to mortgages, banks need to realistically be able to collect collateral if a borrower defaults... if you want to explore your options further you can fill out a free assessment at globalbanks.com/apply

How do you insure against leaks to lists such as Pandora Papers. Privacy is everything and that’s why many used to choose Switzerland.
@GlobalBankscom4 ай бұрын
There are still ways to unlock enhanced privacy and some level of secrecy... but true privacy... like the kind that used to exist before 2008 doesn't exist anymore... FATCA followed by CRS and AEOI completely dismantled what most people think of when it comes to banking secrecy... if you haven't seen this video yet it breaks it all down for you: kzbin.info/www/bejne/d3S1fnl4id-mac0

I am from the US and would like to find a foreign bank that I could manage my brokerage account myself. I do have over $1 million. I banked in Switzerland 10 years ago but had to pay a 1% management fee plus bank fees. I realize that is not that high as far as fees go but I would like to avoid the account management fees, and I’d prefer to do my own investing. is there a safe jurisdiction that would allow me to manage my own brokerage account and is a little bit easier on fees?

I am thinking about diversify wealth with 2 or three trust funds among this jurisdictions, Cook islands, Nevis, UAE and Lichtenstein, not sure if LLC is needed in all cases, with crypto wealth, and to diversify my wealth I need banking with 'large' amounts as a bridge, what about salvadoran second citizenship for banking?
@GlobalBankscom4 ай бұрын
Salvadoran citizenship isn't necessarily bad but it is unusual in the international banking world - assuming you have another citizenship, you may want to use that one instead when it comes to opening accounts - as for the structures you mentioned, none of them are "easy" when it comes to banking unless you know which jurisdictions, banks, and approach to use. Can a San Marino's bank be a good option? Apart from this, I'm planning to move as a resident to Sarasota - FL. According to what you say in the video, I can open a bank account in a US bank even not being a US resident nor US citizen, did I get it right? Thanks.

Thanks for the comment - the point is, if you don't meet the financial requirements, have the right profile, or need the specific services that Swiss banks can offer to foreign non-residents... then you'll probably be better served by banking in other countries. And just to be clear... this doesn't mean everyone should avoid Switzerland... it just means Swiss banking is NOT for everyone... including around 70% of people who contact us and want to bank in Switzerland but end up being better served elsewhere instead. Hope that helps clarify the main point - if you have any more feedback or suggestions on how we could improve the video please let us know!
