Farms isnt actually bad to bring,let me explain Reason 1.most bosses can kill your towers really fast letting you not being able to sell your towers and gain back cash making you lose alot of cash dps,eventually you will struggle and lose,however bottem path and top path farms give insane amound of money,bottem gives 40k+ cash at max,top gives hp and 30k+ cash so not only you get alot more cash from doing this,you can aslo recover from the damages that the bosses did to your defenses Reason 2. Farms can also help you speedrun early games if your the farmer,also alot of enemies in endless gives no cash Reason 3.if you used top path farm from early to late game,you woulde most likely end up with 30k-50k hp and dont forget thats just 1 player using it,the squad abuses it you can basically just tank some of the leaks and not deal with it wasting your cash

oh, you used my clip for the wave 121 lol. Also on the tips, Farm is actually the most important tower you can bring to Endless Mode since your Eco dies pretty quickly (top farm giving hp is also very clutch when wave 91 happens when ur not on a map with water for warship), also can u like give a little credit for that gameplay video in the intro lol

Does your eco die? In my experiance you almost always have enough money after wave 80

actually, all custom bosses in endless can kill warships erad mk4 can on shot erad mk1c have long range missile and can kill a warship per attack apex predator have long range upgraded missiles and can one shot multiple warships calamity can kill 25% of all ur towers on rage mode, which means it can also kill 25% of ur warship farm is actually pretty good on multiplayer in quad baits are good, but u cannot bait most late game bosses

Endless is worth for skins only ngl cuz high reward are after wave 80 cuz power ups even on easy mode u can get those and the main reason why endless is played a lot is for skins and money is only 2.6k on wave 60 and u can speedrun expert for gold cuz free speed up only use big map and Mili base and rail is not that hard

farm is not all that useless, u get broke easily if u got expensive towers like xwm, warship, golden juggernaut. top path is great for endless, put it near a warship and you get allot also i once tanked a buffed eradidog from wave 100+ something

very overrated mode, u can get more coins with expert. And due to bad wave designing, it can take so long to just get 7k coins for an hour, its fun but not replayable

the 11.5k coins per hour with 1.5x speed (you can go even FASTER than this, probably 13kish) but still, this is hard to execute, so yea, its a hard grind unless yk what to do

Endless update is such a foreshadow of the games decline imo. As a guy who grinded for warship and has now unlocked both golden towers I think I've played enough of the game to give some valid criticism. Firstly John increased the Warship from 50K to 75K. This goes to show how out of touch he is with this game and the horrendous grind. And it's not shocking- He's never had to grind TDX- Period. He doesn't know how it feels to go from 0 to 100, period. Secondly the Endless mode is horrendous for grinding due to the simple risk versus reward. Yes, If you manage to succeed in beating level 80 you are rewarded 8000+ Gold & 14500+ XP. However failure to defeat the boss leads to a net loss of an average of just 2000 gold for a minimum of ONE HOUR of gameplay. You have so much better chances of beating Expert mode three times and securing potentially 9000 Gold by going off on achievements. Plus, you don't have to rely on the same handful of teammates for the hour, and it is objectively easier to beat Expert mode these days than it is relying on randoms to have golden towers or warship to beat wave 80. Thirdly, ENDLESS IS NOT FUN FOR ME PERSONALLY. In endless there are few ways to play and a few roles depending on the map. You can be the guy who farms for warship, you can be the guy who heavily defends or in between. Yes there's not as much of a fixed and determined strategy in so far as requiring specific tower placements early, but the mid to late game are level locked to a bare minimum requiring at least one guy with higher tiered towers. Said person has to contribute a disproportional amount of micrioing be it either golden jug ability cycle, DJ ability and John. The problem arises boss fights always just killing your units, forcing you to use the heal powerup or god forbid your units inevitably dying regardless because the boss is hard scripted to kill a certain percentage of units. You might say "XWM", which Yes, it was designed specifically to somewhat counter this by rebuilding- but (pre-balanced and release) XWM is dogwater, and relying on it is a surefire way of setting yourself up for failure due to its poor DPS per cost. Just like the Christmas event NOBODY is going to be playing endless post one month of the update, and I highly doubt that the mode attracted any players into joining nor likewise convinced "retired" players to return to TDX. Why would anybody who was put off from the grind originally return and want to grind for towers XMW and Golden ranger that cost 30K, twice the juggernaut which they already thought was a slog to grind,. Then 85K just for the equivalent of accelerator in a game in which the only mode in which it isn't overkill is Endless mode itself, nevermind the fact that warship, a tower level locked to 100 which was originally turned them off from the grind outright would be even more increased in price...

I do slightly agree with what you're trying to say. I have lost a bit of passion for this game as well because the tower prices got absurd. But again, TDX is a new game and these types of balacing mistakes are to be expected. I like your criticism, though!

update is still fairly recent and john is rebalancing and reworking a lot of things due to community feedback. give it some time

People have been saying this for every single tdx update since release and I honestly think it's fine tbh. The now completely free 50% speed boost compensates for a lot of the bad stuff and xwm turret is actually good now (it was buffed) Although the new towers are still ridiculously expensive and you shouldn’t be expected to grind so much when there’s only a couple grindable modes that will stop being fun when you beat them for the 3773626th time Personally I just stopped playing before the update because I had warship and there was nothing else the game had to offer but I did actually come back due to this update Endless also has some really lazy waves for no reason, there’s a bunch of random waves after 80 that have almost nothing in them and I question why they exist when they just waste 5 seconds of time. Like you can’t even make the excuse of premium payouts for this, it’s literally 5 seconds because the most random wave with 2 zombies dies in an instant.
