Please try to cover some details like how things work if the asset/home is already in some loan but the person A dies and that’s a critical situation for the spouse and kids even if they have will? So, selling the home mostly would be the option and in that case, hope the WILL be voided right? And can you cover how to avoid huge capital gain taxes when we need to sell the home during critical situations like losing job, need to move back to India, etc
