It turns out that Mike is one step ahead of Gallo after all. Subsequently, Mike puts Gallo in his place regarding ratting him out to the guards. Additionally, Mike wants to help get Kevin back onto the streets, however Harvey isn't happy that Mike is trying to abuse his power, and clarifies to him that his deal could potentially be pulled if he chooses to follow through.

Oh wow, I got called out haha. And by an official channel that doesn't even do that. What an honour! This has to be one of the best and most memorable scenes in the entire series. The entire setup to the midnight cell visit presented earlier in the episode (which would be way too much for a clip) left you wondering what was going on and why. The realisation that it was Mike taking a huge risk was big and the acting throughout was immense. Until this clip I never realised it, but in the very last shot of that scene they actually show Jimbo being walked away past the door too! At 7:42 in the clip. That's a surprising attention to detail.

Now, I'm sure the CIA can make _any_ cover work, documents-wise. But you still cannot fly too close to the sun. And if someone who should've recognized you but doesn't.... well.... I guess that happened a few times, and now they pick cover+case combos more carefully to make sure that agents cannot get made 🤔🤓
