Mr. D's is my spot, love that place, it's the mother, father and son family trio working there. Went down the whole menu and everything is tasty, fries are in the top best across the whole city and fresh cut. Lived a few blocks north of there for 20 years before leaving Illinois. Always stop by when I'm visiting. You need a special hood eats food sack / bag / lunch bag / backpack something or other for all the food to go.
