Didi...as you said..there has been enough of suffering. I've already suffered a lot, I am badly shattered and ruined emotionally mentally. This led to my poor physical health too. I am still not able to sleep. It has been 3 mnths since I caught him red handed. But I will take 2025 as the year of healing and restoration. Just began with fitness and exercise classes. I will groove and improve myself in every possible way. I know it's hard and will be for many of us but still we need to love ourselves primarily. Enough of shit we've tolerated in the name of love.

There is enough time to heal if you want to, and to shut off from the hurt, anger and anxiety. Confidence, in time, will rise and gives energy to manage whatever you want, even an ex who wants to communicate for some reasons ... In my life i have people around me and i don't need somebody who left me for weeks/months just to have fun and return after things went wrong. It went on for years. I was anxious all the time, when would i say No? A year ago i managed to stop this toxic connection. It was horrible in the first 10 months, getting better.
