I mean, you can't advocate Warren beating the crap out of him but Sam really shouldn't go around disrespecting & goading someone he's barely met especially the most temperamental & unreasonable guy in the village, not really appropriate as a police officer especially. I'm sure he must know of Warren, he must be a pretty notorious guy down the station, it's not like how cops in Eastenders treat Phil Mitchell like he's Al Capone who they are willing to put their jobs & even freedom on the line to bring down, that's always been silly but in Warren's case him having such a reputation would be a lot more understandable.

He was out of line & it makes it even worse than he's a practicing police officer who's meant to be protecting the public not antagonising them. He even alluded to this himself. If he's going to do it though & especially to the resident psychopath then he shouldn't be surprised if he gets what he got.

@@NoirFan84 Yeah even though Sam deserved that beating from Warren getting some sense knocked into him, the way you're advocating that no one can speak back to Warren just in case of him using violence is a slippery slope. No one should be frightening being around someone bc of his dangerous, murdering, violent, thuggish reputation in the village. I am still convinced that Dave ran Warren over because he wants to be a good dad to Maxine also he may have to sometimes clean his brother's mess but yeah Dave does have a villian side to him. Going off the record there was a hoilday yesterday which may explain the late upload , I know the UK doesn't celebrate President's Day but than again there could be other reasons.

There's still nothing to suggest Dave has a darkside yet either. I think the belief that he may is as strong as it is mostly because people remember the actor as Cameron in Emmerdale otherwise I don't think people would be questioning it so much. He may still reveal a darkside of course, especially as this is Hollyoaks & a lot of characters do eventually, but he may just prove to be just an average family man type albeit I'm sure he'll get pulled into some drama somewhere down the line even if reluctantly with Ethan being is kid brother.

Oh my OA please let these two stay together I really want them to be happy especially Maxine! OA really like Sam and his Family except for Dave I really have a bad feeling about him and I still think he’s the one who ran over Warren he totally fits that puzzle! OA I really hope these two will get back together again I really love #Waxine and I believe that Sam can do better with Leela and Prince can do better with Lizzie and Sidney can be even better with Serena. OA also according to spoilers Warren tells Joel about him having another seizure, but as Joel fails to get Warren to go to the hospital, can he be convinced to tell Maxine what's going on? OA I really hope he can I want Maxine to know about this and want to help him. Later, Warren hides a bag-full of secrets... Since when in the name of The OA has anyone ever not carried a huge bag full of secrets in Salem or the village? Old writers knew how to assimilate without this unrealistic direction for characters we know I love. I've watched hollyoaks since the 90s and for the first time I've stopped. How sad

Besides they’re already in the opening titles there’s not chances they’re leaving anytime soon. Plus I’m starting to grow on liking Lizzie and Serena but I still have bad feelings about Dave.
