I have thought for a long time that the judgement we face as believers in Christ is the death we face in this life. The wages of sin is death. And since we sin, eternally paid for by Jesus, but in this life we do indeed reap those consequences.

I have been able to surrender to the Lord each and every step in process to surrender all the offenses living with Narcissists with the abuse that goes with that. Anyway, the best thing The Lord has done for me is the ability to help others. I am able to work with men and women felons on parole and probation as a substance abuse counselor where I am able to respectfully teach them in groups and individually. I am not sure if you get my point since I haven’t spelled it out but Just want to thank you for the Bait of Satan book. I think i know how the judgement is done, i think i experienced it when i was playing with trance states some years ago. Feel free to be sceptic, as i wasn't believing in God before, so i have no knowladge how it represents what is said in religious texts, or whether there's something about it at all. Also, english isn't my native language, so part of what i want to say can be lost in translation. I was the judge of myself, time stopped for me, and in that moment i saw all my actions in life as if i was watching myself from side, if as i was someone else, more objective, more knowing. I felt the feelings of other people, but not myself. I felt disgust about myself when i was acting in a bad way towards others, all the pain i did, what others felt, and i felt joy when i saw myself acting good. The bad and good feelings summed together, and what i felt seemed to last an eternity. In my case the sum of those feelings wasn't anything good. I believe that is what hell is, when time stops and soul is stuck in one moment, without the possibility to escape the emotions that others felt, when i acted in a bad way towards them. This experienced changed me completely, what i felt i don't want to experience again. If there is God, i believe this was his way to show me i should change and how to do it, why i must learn to forgive, both to others and myself, how not to feel fear, anger, hate anymore, how to take responsibility for my actions and emotions.

Then, work towards changing your life. There is a separation underway which, for lack of different words, delineates those who are pressing into intimate daily union with Jesus, and those believers who are content with the idea of their spirit already being saved/liberated/restored back to being of the same spiritual nature as our Heavenly Father's spiritual nature. In day to day terms,this means that God's judgement really is beginning in "the church"... Those who are unwilling to release their doctrine and self determining lifestyles will continue drying up, unless they repent and begin practicing conscious awareness of Christ Jesus' presence within their soul each day. Those who are walking with Jesus as such, however, are being "judged" as well- meaning Jesus is lovingly drawing out their impurity and infirmity, showing it to them like He is doing with you... So you begin to never turn back on the idea of exchanging your circumstances and tendencies for His presence, perspectives & strength within you. So, train your soul to practice conscious awareness of Christ Jesus' presence within your soul throughout the day... Have an ongoing dialogue within, and be still within, believing you are In His Presence all day, every day. Jesus will accordingly quicken your belief in His presence with HIS Faith within you that you are in fact in His presence 24/7... Don't live focusing so much on what Jesus will do within you & for you, instead begin to see your life being about living from the perspective of Having Jesus' Faith in what Father God will do within and for you... Exchange your soulish self life for the Resurrected Life of Christ Jesus within you... Jesus only looked to our Heavenly Father 24/7 while He was on earth, and we are called to look only to Christ Jesus within us 24/7, and experience "dying to self", which is the process of Exchanging our perspectives, thoughts & belief, for Jesus' perspectives, thoughts & Faith in our Heavenly Father. Additionally, don't necessarily "pray for more strength", instead thank Christ Jesus for His strength which is within you... Everyday ask Him to Be Your Life, and then look only to Him within you... And He will graft His nature unto your soul. "Only the Resurrected Life of Christ Jesus within a Christian can live the Christian Life". Also, if you'd like to circumvent all the soulish talk in videos like this one, look directly to Jesus within you, and ask Him to directly teach you all things. For example, a 79 minute audiobook written by Sadhu Sundar Singh titled, "What is Heaven Like- Visions of the Spiritual World" will answer the question of what happens to the human soul of Christians and non Christians when their physical body dies... It is here on KZbin. Ask Jesus to impart His resonating peace and rest in our Heavenly Father upon you as you listen to it... He will. -Shalom

For example, pray less for strength, and instead thank Christ Jesus for His strength which is within you (whether you feel His strength or not)... His Faith is what brings forth the evidence of those things our believe cannot see. This requires you to embrace your weakness, recognizing that He is trusting you with it, recognizing that it keeps you returning to Him fully aware that you have nothing to offer Him other than your self life. Everyday ask Him to Be Your Life in your weakness, and then look only to Him within you... If you fall, if you remain depressed, that is fine. He will take your weaknesses from you when Father God says its time... Use His trust in Father God, and rest knowing that Christ Jesus' Life within you will come forth, showing your transformation in the revelation of His Resurrected Life within you replacing those aspects of your soul's self life... He will graft His nature unto your soul like this if you yoke yourself to Him, like two livestock pulling a plow across the valley of the shadow of death-to-self... Practicing conscious awareness of His presence within us as such, allows Him to do the work of revealing all within us that is not sourced in Him. He asks us to forsake the shame, die to moaning & groaning, and "be" (verb) at rest (peace) within Him, receiving no condemnation, even when He chastises us (puts us in check). An example of Jesus putting us in check: An 65 year old man who was extremely fit his whole life retired from his career. He had saved enough to enjoy his retirement. Then, that very same year, he had a stroke and his physical abilities were severely affected. He asked Jesus why He would allow, or perhaps even cause, him to become so much less physically free to do the things he loved doing. Jesus said, did I not give you extreme health for 65 years? The guy got Jesus' point, and was humbled in recognizing that Jesus had now allowed a weakness into his life that would keep him more focused on gratitude & looking to Jesus each day as his friend, and King, who was only concerned with his growth in and closeness to Jesus Himself. Remember, He is the Creator, we are the creature- our issue as human beings isnt so much "sin", as it is the fact that our spiritual nature is not tgat if our Heavenly Father's spiritual nature. So, flip the script of human carnality, and recognize that God is using this world, our circumstances and fallen self/human nature to drive us deeper into Him, and to experientially choose to endure the narrow path unto Selflessness In Christ. Anyways, "Only the Resurrected Life of Christ Jesus within a Christian can live the Christian Life"... 1/10,000 Christians on earth today even recognize this paradigm and the reality of Christ Jesus & how He is working to draw those with ears unto Him in everyday, real life fellowship with, and In Him. Finally, if you'd like to circumvent all the soulish talk in videos like this one, look directly to Jesus within you, and ask Him to directly teach you all things. He will, and He will impart unto your spirit which parts, if not all parts, of the audiobook are for you. -Shalom PS- We cannot guage how we are doing spiritually based on our emotions... Our emotions lie to us 95+% of the time! :) Just remember that our soulish self life is our thought life, including our intellect, our willfulness (our intentionality) and our emotions... Our soul is our inner 'wife'/'woman', and it is called to learn to yield to, like a stallion to its rider, our inner 'husband'/spirit'man' In Christ... When our soul and our spiritman in Christ become one, the ManChild comes forth from within our soul- which is the Resurrected Life of Christ Jesus within us... While we are alive here on earth.

I have struggled with these things for many years. I have always wanted to be better everyday, and I have a very good job,but I have beat myself up for decades because I wasn't in church ministry, evangelism, etc. My job requires me to have much contact with our employees, and I have witnessed to most of them,but this podcast is answer to many years of condemning myself..My job is in safety. My title is "Safety Supervisor" I am not boasting about the title, but now it makes so much sense. I am the first and last line of defense for workers who are out in the field. I train,teach,inspect, and ensure that all OSHA policies are being adhered to. It all makes sense now.thank you,men.

There is ministry to, and for the church, and there is a ministry toward the unsaved. It’s really hard to do very much ministry for the unsaved inside the walls of the church. It is good to consider every single place that we go to be potential places of ministry. Also, even in church, there are people who need ministry who are sitting right next to you in the church service and in the Sunday schools and at different events. The pastor of the teachers cannot do it all. We should be serving one another by getting to know what’s going on in each others lives, Building relationships, meeting needs.

I was given your book, Bait of Satan. What a blessing when years later, I actually picked it up and read it. After 15 years of marriage and utterly abandoned I was in a dark place. I had nightmares as to why I was left for a very young Girl. I couldn't compare to her as I gave my youth to my husband. Through this book I learned to the depth I must forgive. I said I forgave, but it was not fully applied as I was not forgiving to the point I have been forgiven. 😢 What a perspective I had never seen. Thank you for the understanding. To God be the Glory.

Hello. Will you verify that what your saying is that THAT BOOK you mentioned, along with the Leading of the Lord helped you fully forgive? I ask because I had thought after Programs like Celebrate Recovery I had truly worked through all resentments, etc. But years later, there's still not been break through. Nor physical healing, not even victory of habitual sins, (tendency to curse, like when in pain). I've lately gotten SO DISCOURAGED, SO Depressed even..that voice of evil.. -'you know your salvation was never real, right? HE won't ever accept someone like you!'
@marymorris68973 ай бұрын
@@sherylreed3558 Hi, Sheryl. I don't know about the book mentioned. The Bible has plenty to help us grow. For me learning to forgive was and is a long story. At first if someone wronged me it was as though the matter was etched in stone. Then it became more like a ripple in water. One thing that helps me tremendously is Colossians 2:10, "you are complete in Him, who is the head of all [a]principality and power." The "you" was "ye" in old English, which is singular. Sheryl, you are complete in Christ. There's also Ephesians 1:6, " by which (grace) He made us accepted in the Beloved." So you are also fully accepted in Christ, who loves us so dearly. Does this help?

Thank you for this video, God is truly good! As my husband and I were lying in bed last night, me before my nightly get-together with Jesus, and him still scrolling on his tablet (he, too, is a believer but not yet studying God’s word), I explained my thoughts on judgement and rewards when I arrive in God’s glorious kingdom. I don’t want to just receive a reward for "scraping by", I want to excel and be very pleasing to him in all ways he guides me. Forgive me and give me a little grace for my clumsy explanation, I’m a baby Christian. I desire for him to join me in diving deep into God’s word, that’s why I shared my thoughts with him, hoping to inspire him to do this together - and BOOM, this video is in my feed first thing this morning during my coffee with Jesus hour(s). As he was leaving for work, I shared this video via text and then ran out to catch him before he left the driveway, telling him I’d like him to listen on his way to work. Yes, God is truly good! I read the Bible everyday and pray as i can but I'm so isolated I don't have many opportunities to practice temperance, kindess, humility. I think we ALL want a grand entrance to heaven but not all of us have had the opportunity with life, working, children, bills etc. I can only pray that my "effort" has been what Jesus wanted.

Sweet sister, what you said is not Biblical. Only the righteous receive everlasting eternal life. It is the original lie of Satan who said, "you will not surely die." The wicked do not live eternally. They die. They are burned up in the lake of fire. They are utterly consumed. The consequence of their free will choice to deny the Father and the Son is eternal. We will walk on the ashes of the wicked in the new earth (see Malachi chapter 4 KJV).

@MJ-kd7dp3 ай бұрын
@@Want2cJesus Not sure what you are driving at, but will clarify that a person's spirit is instantaneously, and forevermore 'saved' (liberated from the fallen self nature, restored back to being of the same spiritual nature as Father God's spiritual nature) when a person asks Jesus to be their Lord and Savior. This is because the Holy Spirit reunites with their spirit, displacing the fallen self nature from within their spirit. Our soul is aptly described as our mind/intellect, will/intentionality and emotions. God deals with the soul using external means- namely the world, our circumstances & relationships. 'Salvation' of a person's soul speaks to the full restoration of the soul, wherein only the Resurrected Life of Christ Jesus lives within and through the soul... God accomplishes this work as the individual learns to die to the self nature with which it is hardwired to preserve. I perceive you'd be blessed by listening to the audiobook by Sadhu Sundar Singh that I recommended. God bless you.
@MJ-kd7dp3 ай бұрын
@@Want2cJesus The death that Adam experienced when he partook of the fruit of the knowledge of good & evil was a spiritual death... The Holy Spirit exited Adam's spirit at that instant, allowing him to put on the dualistic fallen self nature... Adam had 'died', meaning he was no longer of the same spiritual nature as our Creator, who is spirit, and who is life. By 'dualistic' I mean "knowing good & evil"... This speaks to self accusation and self atoning good works- the illusory little god identity that human beings are born subject to... It is living life under the law... And, the law & sin are intricately connected, both leading to death... spiritual death meaning not being of the same spiritual nature as our Heavenly Father. Physical death is a consequence of the fall as well- we now live in the fallen earthly realm of biological polarity (+ & -)... Which means a non-transformed human body has a shelf life. As I mentioned, listening to Sadhu Sundar Singh's audiobook I recommended will help you conceptualize what actually happens to the human soul after the physical body dies.

In the last case - I can guarantee you will not make it = to agree with the false teaching of JB!

*Larry Burkett's book on "Giving and Tithing" drew me closer to God and helped my spirituality. 2020 was a year I literally lived it. I cashed in my life savings and gave it all away. My total giving amounted to 40,000 dollars. Everyone thought I was delusional. Today, 1 receive 85,000 dollars every two months. I have a property in Calabasas, CA, and travel a lot. God has promoted me more than once and opened doors for me to live beyond my dreams. God kept to his promises to and for me*

John 5, 24 “Very truly I tell you, whoever hears my word and believes him who sent me has eternal life and will not be judged but has crossed over from death to life.

That passage is saying that the one who believes in Jesus will not come into judgment regarding their eternal destiny, heaven/ hell. The judgment seat of Christ is not about eternal destiny but is about the status ,position,roles, responsibilities of the believer in the Kingdom of Heaven.

The anointing of the Lord is with you. Thank you for your obedience. The word of God is present and it spoke to my heart. Thank you.

Sadly, the majority of professing christians have no concept at all about the judgment seat of Christ and eternal rewards. Some do understand the reality of " reward " but have little understanding of the extent of it all. It just is not taught in mainstream christianty. The comments prove my point.

The scripture says when we are a new man that Christ comes into our heat by faith not effort, we are to live by faith. When Christ comes into your heart to live, he brings everything he has with him. The scripture says in 1 Peter 2:2 that we are to desire the sincere milk of the word that we may grow thereby. Romans 12:2 tells us how we are transformed by the renewing of our minds not effort, Christ has done it all we are saved by grace through faith and he paid for all of our sins 2,000 years ago, we will not be judged for sin, only our works that earn rewards in heaven. 1 Corinthians 3:11-17 says the works can be burned up, but you will be saved, salvation is forever according to Jesus.

Exactly right. There is nothing we can do to earn grace. Grace is unmerited favor, so our efforts will never be good enough, it's all about FAITH. We will have a righteous judgement to receive our rewards.

@@ricardothomas6615 I am in complete agreement with you, I cannot understand how anyone could believe that the blood shed by Christ is not really payment enough and they need to add something to that payment besides faith in what he accomplished on the cross. He did everything needed to appease the wrath of God for salvation, that is why it is a free gift, and he makes sure to say NOT of works. Titus 3:5 Not by works of righteousness that we have done, but by his mercy he saved us, by the washing of regeneration, and renewing of the Holy Ghost. I am aware that you know this, but I am writing this for those that have not understood, Jesus did it all.

@EugeneHolley-rc6ry James 2:17 -Faith without works is dead. James2:24 - a person is justified by works and not by faith alone! James 2:26 -for just as the body without the spirit is dead, so FAITH without works is also dead!
