The only person I could trust was myself, once I was able to promise myself I wouldn’t give into the darkness, I knew I’d never quit. Once I realized I wasn’t going to listen to the voices that said jump or similar, it was nearly instantaneous. My world became brighter and it’s been better everyday since. Trust yourself first.

I have been asking questions about all the fear i hold inside myself. It came down to basically a fear of physical pain, torture and survival. Which david hawkins mentions fear of survival in his book (im currently reading.) in your video you said we can release fear, so My question is, how do i get rid of such a deep fear on the most basic deepest inner level, knowing that in life, pain could be inflicted at any moment?
