Didn't realize how much I adore Imran's character until he's leaving. Im just upset and don't understand why this character needed to leave Hollyoaks, maybe the actor wanted to take a break or something, idk. Hopefully this isn't the last that we see of him in Hollyoaks.

@Chelsey Linden yeah I would like him to be back for her funeral, but I doubt it will happen. Hollyoals isn't realistic when it comes to things like this. Even Yazz is apparently Peri's best friend, I doubt Yazz will ne there

Oh my OA another good young character bites the dust but at least the door is still left open for him. I’m gonna miss Imran I wish he would’ve stayed for Juliet’s burial, funeral and memorial but I am glad the actor has decided to go on different adventures and everything he really deserves to do what he wants. I love Juliet and Imran’s Friendship as well as Juliet and Sidney’s I am hoping that he and Sidney will both come back to the village after Juliet’s death and they’ll both stay there as well. I even hope Hollyoaks will post a video about all of Imran when he and his Family first came to the village just like how they did with Brody I will miss him a lot but I do hope we’ll see him video chatting with his Family at some point though this Year. Also I heard Yasmine’s pregnant and Tom’s the Father I hope she’ll keep the baby and I hope Steph will be shown next week on screen as well. I know that Tom’s a Father with Steph (I do wonder why he named her that though) but I think it’s good that Yasmine’s becoming a Mother for once. ☺️

I wish these soaps could do storylines but realistically, like there’s some people who are genuinely alone once they’ve left education, with no idea what to do and no one to talk to. Once I left college that was it for me, I had no idea what to do because I got one grade lower than I needed to to get into my chosen universities. Because I failed to go to uni I was kicked out, living in my car until I was fired from my job too due to not being able to afford a haircut and look after myself after paying car insurance and fuel. Eventually I had to sell the car for food and a sleeping bag and I was homeless for 2 years before I managed to drag myself out of an impossible situation. I wish there were storylines where there wasn’t a magical coincidence that saves a character and outlines how hard it is to get a job in the current day as someone leaving college. I’m doing good for myself now with a great paying job, but my life from the age of 18-20 was the most traumatic and miserable time ever and it still happens today it’s just a shame there’s no help for people like that, and this is only 1 example of a storyline they could do in a realistic way

The only near realistic story I’ve seen hollyoaks do is when Perry was homeless but still it didn’t truly reflect how gritty it really is, i know it’s only a soap but if your gunna do a storyline to raise awareness don’t do it wrong because that’s against the whole point, these people wanna be seen and heard and helped not spoken about at some awards and portrayed poorly but people who have no clue what it’s like

I honestly don't know why hollyoaks is making all of these good characters leave. I figured Juliet would die considering that so many people have survived of cancer in this show. Hopefully characters leaving slows down going forward.

Leave it to Yaz to make her little brother's going away all about herself. Proving once again how fake and obnoxious she is. She was never a journalist, just a buzzfeed wannabe. Tom is way too good for her. I wish she was going away, but Imran leaving is just OK. He was beyond ancillary. The writers just don't know what to do with these characters and make them stale or just props. Hopefully Yaz is gone next.
