Sounds so great for classic rock live music. It’s more full than a standard tele or strat. Feels like you can get the Rolling Stones sound without using a telecaster and an acoustic run through an electric amp or pedal like they used to,… all in one convenient package! Would love to hear it with some pedals or more gain

Yeah I gotta try it out with more gain. It’s gotta sound great, considering those pickups are basically perfect lol

I put those pickups on a player strat and they sound great. I have the rechargeable battery pack tremolo plate. That green sparkle is awesome!

Oh you have it?? Is the rechargeable battery plate worth it? It’s a lot of money for a battery but the idea of taking the pickguard off just to change the battery is making it look more appetizing.

@@jimfusco check out "battery compartment drews guitar shop" for another option, if you don't mind cutting the pickguard into a separate portion that covers a battery compartment in the lower horn. That pearly pickguard looks great on your green sparkle! The battery plate is only in black or white, I think your pearly plate looks better on the back of that sparkle body. The battery does have a long life between charges, if you remember to unplug your wireless bug! You have to remove the plug from the jack to turn off the battery. D'oh!
