This really talked to me. I'm in the dumps right now struggling with depression fighting this problem with alcohol about to lose my family. I've realized I cant just sit back and let it conquer me and take away everything that I cherish and love I've got to get up and push back fight hard stay determined take the anger and let it be my fuel I need to fight harder and never give up that's what I'm doing and this shit helps me it really does.
