Explain why in a medium, you would want defense system. Over HE protection and ramming protection.

HE protection only applies to tier 6 and below, but the other point is debatable. Stronger modules + ramming damage reduction vs less chance of crew AND module damage. I think when your main shtick is being hulldown, getting rammed is not one of your concerning priorities

I had a lot of fun with the whole japanesse line, i maxed the tds in like a week and flew through the heavys but the medium line was kinda difficult for me mainly because of the type 61, or it was just skill issue

I already unlocked STB-1 midyear, but I just love the Type 61's gun and got stuck in tier 9 instead bullying the tier 8s (the whole line is my favourite)

I enjoyed grinding on type 61, really funny tank. With STB I totally failed, just full black stripe on BlitzStars. I really hate X tier.

The tier 6 and 8 I just free expd it, it's horrible and I have indescribable hate for those two, tier 7 is fun, and tier 9 is pretty good and tier 10 is great.

As a proud owner of this JDM sports car STB-1, I really love the vehicle. It's not a brawler, play it correctly with what JSDF intended for this tank and you just do really well. But, it's literally team dependant and require more touch than tanks like M48 or E-50M. And remember: identify, shot, relocate, repeat. Try to get a hilly area and avoid brawl as much as you can.

You got to play this tank with caution cause yes you can sitt on a hill and destroy the enemy but there are players who will rush as soon as they see you
