In principle, there are two bodies: physical and astral body known as sukhma sharira. At death, your astral body leaves your physical and goes into the “afterlife’ dimension, which is also important. It’s your Yang connected yo your Yin. The afterlife or other side is absolutely not heaven. Only yogis or purified souls reach Samadhi or Nirvana. In the afterlife you’re free to stay as long as you want. However, there are masters who tell you it’s time to go back if you have to go back. Even in the afterlife you have free will. Yet, the goal is beyond physical and astral worlds. Namaste.

@@RomanoStroppetti There are no two bodies.... There is only Matter and Spirit ....The Spirit with the witnessing soul leaves the body on astral projection or cessation of the body.....or at Will if one is adept..... Each Human(Matter) Being ( Spirit) is a prisoner of his own experience and gets enlightened within the Dharanaas ( deep conviction) moulded out of his own experiences at variance from others experiences.....and so they preach conflicting religious doctrines to the feeble minds not emancipated enough Iin soul and spirit to grasp their portend creating a posterity as we are witnessing now. All religious preachings of Kali Yuga partially or fully move us away from God..... Yang connecting with Ying is a Hata yoga or Raja yoga or Kundalini yoga path which is meant for the skeptics, for the rationalists, for the scientists, for the atheists, for those who look for evidence, , and so universally resonates and relatable to majority of the Present Tense and therefore is a long and strenuous path to those who opt that path. Whereas the Jnaana yoga,, Bhakthi yoga and Karma yoga are relatively faster and easier to catapult higher dimensions. Followers end up nowhere, followers include readers and advocates of knowledge ( Vijnaanam), whereas as path is jnaanam and is intuitive........Intuitiveness is light thrown by Soul on Mind to show the right path, right thought, right speech and right action.....Reading is short cut until Intuitiveness is reached and then wisdom takes over and flourishes to lead.

Maybe we were here before or we'll come back in another life. Why does it matter ? We can't recall having a life prior to this one, nor do we know of a future one ( not meaning spiritually). Hopefully when our time comes, we'll have better clarity.

I'd take everything he - and any spiritual teacher - says, with a grain of salt. I've never met anyone who in my view wasn't seriously wrong about one thing or another, and they contradict both themselves and each other all the time. It is said that no teacher is allowed to know the full truth, if you want it you have to piece it together yourself from all the different sources there are, and there are many, including yourself. "Do not believe in anything simply because you have heard it. Do not believe in anything simply because it is spoken and rumored by many. Do not believe in anything simply because it is found written in your religious books. Do not believe in anything merely on the authority of your teachers and elders. Do not believe in traditions because they have been handed down for many generations. But after observation and analysis, when you find that anything agrees with reason and is conducive to the good and benefit of one and all, then accept it and live up to it. " - Buddha

Yes....and....no. Pure existence and non-existence are the same. That's why all this can exist. Non-existence is a perfect balance of all possibilities. In that perfect balance everything cancels out everything and so it appears to be Nothing, but this Nothingness is full of dynamism. When the symmetry of the balance appears broken, Creation emerges. Existence and non-existence is all about perspective. Evolution is not a circle. Its a spiral. There is no end to it because it is infinite. That which has no beginning has no end.

When one of my family was in hospital they were very ill on a ventilator. I could see from their complexion that they were dying so I chanted a mantra the whole day at the hospital and we saw a reversal in their symptoms like they were coming back to life. However after we left the hospital they died that night in the care of the hospital staff. They had a traditional hindu funeral and the body was cremated however after this I have had many experiences when asleep and awake of sensing their presence still even to this day. There is a subtle presence that is dwelling within our bodies. When we sleep at night, it sleeps inside us because it has no body. When the sunrises its presence is not as strong. I am beginning to question the tradition of cremation versus burial as is done in Christianity. Why is their subtle body in this situation it hasn't taken birth again through the process of reincarnation as we were taught. What has gone wrong?

My concern is not with death, nor dying, but with the unenlightened way in which the transition is performed. The paramedics to the hospital, and the heroic efforts by the doctors to reverse or sedate the dying experience. The impersonal and often frantic pace and procedures of the hospital as one is given drugs and put on life support. The period of being disoriented and alone, and unable to communicate with loved ones who might not even know for some time that as a patient they are there. The process of dying in Western society feels so wrong. I saw it recently with a dear elderly friend who was hooked up to a morphine drip and for several days, she lay unconscious in a room, gasping reflexively while friends and family came to watch and comfort and to wait anxiously for it to end. The setting was wrong. The choreography of dying was wrong. The cremation and burial at sea, though giving a sense of closure for us, the living, again for my friend, the now deceased, still felt so wrong. Rather than a sacred rite of passage, it felt like a rinse-and-repeat business where placed metaphorically on a bus, we are taken away. Dead and gone. The delicate beauty governing the transition and transformation just wasn't there.

You have no clue what happens before, and after death, because you have not stood and watched adults, children, and babies die as I have for more than 30 years. Priests told me, "I play God" because I declare death. This is true because I was responsible for switching off the ventilator and resuscitation - a challenging situation. After all, it was emotionally traumatic for people who love the person. As you explained, "Athma" is based on your hypothesis. When I continued resuscitation longer when I believed the person was alive and Asthma had not left the body, I was successful. Nurses, junior doctors, and parents have told me I perform miracles. I am publishing information about death in my book "The Art of Self Diagnosis" and sharing information so that the readers conquer the fear of death and stop the culture of dependency on doctors.

If your karmic structure is still energized you will be in a ghost state until it becomes passive. If you completely dismantle it through spiritual practices. it will truly escape and merge with existence and achieve mukti or liberation. free from life and death. Re-birth would be if your karmic structure is still energized from your previous life and you manage to find a body in that state. But he says thats not possible. Rebirth refers to people having these memories from their previous birth etc. This is what i understood. i could be wrong. Only when the karmic structure is passive and reset to nothingness. it finds another body as a fresh birth.

(Bhagavad Gita 2.29) "Certainly never at any time did I not exist, nor you, nor all these kings and certainly never shall we cease to exist in the future." (Bhagavad Gita 2.12) The soul ETERNALLY exists as a spiritual PERSONALITY. God is also a PERSON Sadhguru knowledge of the soul is very scanty. Shure, there is a physical, metaphysical, transcendental and spiritual aspect to our lives. He speaks of the physical, the metaphysical and the transcendental, but knows nothing of the purely spiritual aspect of life. It is the well-known Mayavada school of learning (impersonal Brahman) which is the first step in transcendence, and above it, is the pure spirituality described in Vaishnavism, Christianity and Islam. The soul is not any void or air, the soul is our eternal, blissful, true pure spiritual being - spiritual PERSONALITY - a spark of divine light that is ETERNAL PERSONALITY, not emptiness or something impersonal.

Is possible to liberate myself while I’m married or should I have to be celibacy?

@garangkawach1280Hey You can certainly get liberation in this body itself . It's your Will power , serious longing etc . Marriage , celibacy etc have nothing to do with Liberation. 24 hrs do ur work & contemplate on your favourite God or Guru . Can anyone complaint what's happening within u ? U r with family discharging all your duties . But u connect within you , even have continuous dialogue with your loving God . Tell him I want to end my cycle of birth death . I have no craving for the material world . IN MY CASE I know for sure this is my last birth . I know God has to bow b4 my determination. I visualised an image of matted haired beautiful Shiva in my heart in a flash with his voice echoing " KAIVALYA MUKTHI " 🙏🙏🙏 🙌🏽🌺❤❤

You don't need celibacy for liberation.

Say anything..hear anything...sell anything...there are takers...at different stages of desire...this man too likes to sell..do you desire his product...? Then sell yourself, get the price to buy this man's story. All stories. No body can sell what is that Permanance. Frequency of permanence is here. Feel it..donot have to run from door to forest or to a mountain cave. ..SAT ..it is HERE!

Why are we so desperate to live obviously for ever ? .. what for? ... Life is here and today ... after life is AFTER life, meaning not existent anymore ... we disintegrate like any other organic matter ... we decompose and finally remineralise ... becomming nutrient and energysource for other organisms .... that is the circle of life ... but each individuum has just one lifeline and not different circles .... time to face the cosmic reality of coming and going for good ... who would really like to life for ever ... a horrible thing even to think about, makes me feel very uncomfortable ... 🤔🙈🙏😎

....what if every single being is unique? Created by parents and G*d in a holy unique way? And when we die, we actually live on in a different way. Maybe angelic? And what if the karmic dimension is passed on through giving birth on the physical level and exchanging thoughts on the mental level and loving on the energy level?
