2 eggs
60 g of sugar
180 g of flour
10 g of baking powder
a pinch of salt
200 ml of milk
1. Mix eggs with sugar and beat a little with a mixer.
2. Mix all the dry ingredients.
3. Pour the required amount of milk into a separate container.
4. Add part of the dry ingredients to the egg mixture and mix.
5. Add part of the milk and mix.
6. Gradually add flour and milk again.
7. Mix until smooth. The dough should have the consistency of thick sour cream.
You may need to add more or less milk.
8. Fry on medium heat in a dry non-stick pan without oil.
Serve with your favorite toppings.
