I absolutely love this. It's a good reminder that the people behind usernames online are real, complicated, flesh and blood humans who make mistakes and process emotions gradually just like us. Everyone thinks they're the hero in their own story, surrounded by NPCs... but then you have a visceral moment like this depicts and it snaps you back to reality.

You might have just saved my life, Joe. I expected to be laughing at your video this morning, not sobbing uncontrollably. I've been seriously contemplating suicide, lately. This video demonstrates what loved ones go through after a suicide, and I don't want to do that to them. This hit me deeply... I'm 26 and have lost a handful of former friends in the last 5 years or so. A couple college friends, a couple high school friends, and one who I was in boyscouts with, and was very close with from ages 8-15. The last one, I thought about making a similar phone call, but never did. I hope all of their parents are ok. This is deep stuff, but good stuff too Joe
