Something of note: you might be able to weaponise this. Being covered in bee stings had no effect on lag until you went into third person, presumably it doesn't load any of the stingers for you in first person because you can't ever see the entities that way anyway. You might be able to lag everyone around you whilst experiencing no lag

You need at least 100,000 arrow/stingers to do any sort of damage to the server's performance, and the projectiles in your body disappears in a few mins. Unless it is possible to get damaged more than 3 times per second, i dont think it is possible.
