The professors in most colleges have extensive degrees , vast knowledge, but dont how to teach, even nursery school teachers can teach way better. Half of the proffs just come and read pdf slides made 5-10yrs ago. Most of them just work for the grants they recieve, with no connection with the students

And Teacher freely teaching because no higher pressure on them, if anyone want to ask his doubt than they shout on them and no clarification from them this is the reality of many other colleges in India 😂😂.
