You will not resist them! Cabbage croissant soft as a foam -the best recipe in the world

Baking recipe - soft muffins, melted in the mouth. Everyone praises them, but really. And that's why I've been making them often for years. For birthdays (and there are many of them), guests already know that they will enjoy a homemade roll - cabbage. They are without cabbage, they are just called that.

Required:
about 1kg. flour
10 gr. dry yeast
2 teaspoons salt
1 teaspoon sugar
2 egg whites
100 ml. water
250 ml. milk
100 ml. oils
Charging:
200 gr. butter
1 egg
350 gr. of cottage cheese
For coating: 2 egg yolks, 1 egg, sesame.
Whisk two egg whites, add a tablespoon or two of flour, milk, warm water and yeast. Stir and let stand for ten minutes. Add oil, flour, salt and knead a soft dough. Leave to stand for about an hour.
Mix and divide into four parts.
Stretch each piece and fill with whipped butter with jejet. Put cheese or whatever you want on top, wrap and cut diagonally with a sharp knife to get triangles.
Arrange in a greased pan and let stand for about an hour.
Before baking, coat with beaten egg yolks and egg.
Place the seeds on top and add salt if desired.
Bake for about 35 minutes at 200 degrees, or until finely browned.
Cover the roast with a cloth to stand for five minutes and then enjoy the softness of this pastry. Pleasant!
They are soft and beautiful the next day as well.
