No my man Porter Jr's case even tho she denied it later, the reason why he was arrested and it was believed is that there were witnesses who saw her with blood all over her face running out of their apartment but the giddy case started from an online post, there's a difference the genuineness of the source here hasn't been fully verified here. I'm not saying he isn't biased sometimes but in this case KPJ was arrested not allegations only?
@SportsandTrueCrime11 ай бұрын
Tk U for posting that older SAS clip when he dogged that man off ALLEGATIONS alone. I was writhing in my seat listening to his rationale for not speaking on Giddey situation. Journalists should take pride in researching and verifying info b4 disseminating it and their opinions to the masses. It’s amazing how quick they jump on tv, on live, online to push out salacious news with so much fervor. But, if proven wrong, the victims of their fake news don’t get as much as an apology when a retraction is done - if its done at all. Start holding these people financially responsible and I bet it will start to clean up all the bs we see/hear/read online.

Because the cops officially reported the Porter Junior stuff ... Stephen A. has plausible deniability. Until some official law enforcement agency charges Giddey with something ... Stephen A. can't say anything. You see the difference?
@chuckdeuces91111 ай бұрын
@@905JimRaynorNo, he doesn't get it because ALL he sees is black and white. He HAS to see Giddey as an enemy. It's 10000% clear what Stephen A. said. He said Josh Giddey's alleged case HAS ZERO anything. It's literally just a rumor on social media. KPJ literally got arrested. Draymond Green literally said those things about the WNBA. This Giddey story is wild because they say she's a junior but then they say she is 15. She's shooting videos from a club with alcohol drinks in her mouth. I think people forget Giddey is just turned 21 so depending on what state he's in 17 is very legal AND it's not even that crazy. It's 4 years at most. This channel is ALL about race baiting and blindness.

@@Its_Shaq you missed the point though. The "victim" in the Udoka situation was never publicized, but his network went all in on that one. Why all of a sudden they are quiet now? When it's the brothers, they don't hold back, even before investigations are completed etc. Talking about lawsuit now, ninja gimme a break

It's So Sad. So painful. That they have the platform to perpetuate and shape the culture of black people. Thanks for making this video.

The KPJ and Josh Giddey situation is not the same. KPJ was arrested, charged, and details of the encounter was known. Also, his girlfriend refuting the injuries and the narrative was that before or after Stephen A's rant. Likely after and Stephen A was reacting to the information at the time. Either way does not matter because it's not uncommon to see victims of IPV try to protect their abusive partner especially when money is involved. Giddey, on the other hand, hasn't been arrested, hasn't been charged with anything, details are still either unknown or unconfirmed. Could Stephen A have mentioned the NBA investigation? Yeah, he could have. Would that satisfy y'all? Clearly not. So, I see no incentive for addressing it. Also, the Malika Andrews scenarios you compared makes no sense. One she is discussing allegations and investigations and the other she is discussing the struggles of women in sports and societal views and how we discuss women concerning harassment and abuse. Those 2 things are not the same. So why would she have the same energy? You should have compared how she spoke on this versus when she spoke on Joe Mazzulla or on Adreian Payne. That's a more adapt comparison.

0:33 through 1:20 damn😂 that was a well written ESPN public relation statement. Malika had this sad energy compared to her normal Irate level of how not only is this wrong but she as a female is also affected how the league pretty much look the other why while clearing the foot prints buying time even though the whole world done seen the Vedic of a pedophile dating a teenager. Malika’s energy was definitely different in her coverage of Deshaun Watson. It’s like ESPN let her off the chain and she completely ravished Deshaun Watson, Ime Udoka and or Jaylen Rose image. BUT, with Josh Giddy she had this more muzzled PR scripted script by script statement release. Thank God for Video Camera unraveling the difference in how NBA teams handling of Caucasian vs people of colour. All it takes without proof a person of colour did something and they are automatically suspended until investigation is completed. But with the Caucasian player even when they have actual video evidence they get to continue playing and getting paid while the investigation is completed. That’s the blatant discrimination base of colour of a persons skin and proof we people off colour just because few are making million doesn’t change the fact the powers to be are still under cover bigots

Malika Andrews came into an industry that already was about gaining clout through controversial “takes.” She didn’t create the “game” the “game” was already in fully swing when she got there.

So if we're going by SAS’s logic, he can now be sued by KPJ for reporting allegations of an assault.
@KDRusha11 ай бұрын
I think the only example that fits with this is the Adrien Payne situation. The other situations actually had some sort of controversy where there could be a back and forth and difference of opinion. Giddey and Payne weren’t that controversial. Payne simply died and Giddey messes with kids, pretty open and shut and no one is saying the little girl should be named or punished like the Ime situation.
@shinsukecorbin42511 ай бұрын
Whoa..Malika literally threw Payne under the bus for something he didn’t even get convicted for..Just like she went at Brandon Miller ON DRAFT NIGHT for something he didn’t even do

@@shinsukecorbin425 that’s my point, there was no controversy at the time of his death, no reason for her to mention that

SAS isn’t lying about being sued he does have a valid point.. I think the reason why SAS etc haven’t said anything just yet or “haven’t kept that same energy” is because KPJ was actually arrested and charged .. vs giddy idk if they’ve arrested or charged him just yet, people like SAS can’t just say things like the general public can they can be held accountable. So it may just be that giddy isn’t brought up in actual charges yet, once he is I think SAS gon say what he gotta say
